My condolences to his family. James was a kind friend and neighbor for the past 16 years. Always looking out for us and greeting us with a friendly wave. He retired with my Grandpa from Phillips. Our lives have been blessed by knowing him. He will be greatly missed. Praying that God will comfort his family’s hearts at this time.
