Adam Martinez

Adam Martinez, 27, Entered the Gates of Heaven on June 4, 2019 to be with his Father Jose G. Martinez, Brother, JD Martinez and Stepdad, Clay "Dad" Medrano.
Visitation will be held Monday June 10, 2019 from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm At Griffin Funeral Home and on Tuesday June 11, 2019 from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm with a Prayer service to be held at 6:00 pm.
Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday June 12, 2019 at Vida Nueva Church, 110 S. Jefferson at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park.
Adam was brought into this world on January 15, 1992, by Jose G. Martinez & Gloria Martinez, also known as his parents Santos & Patricia Pena.
Adam knew no strangers, he would say everyone has a story & loved to talk to all walks of life. He grew up around the oilfield and he became very knowledgeable in multiple areas. Using his knowledge to gain several certificates and higher positions. He was very prideful on being a hard worker, to ensure his family was always taken care of. He enjoyed going to church, fishing, playing football and going to the shooting range. He was always happy smiling, He loved kids and was often described as "Just Being Adam".
He leaves behind his loving beautiful wife of 10 years, Jasmine Martinez who was his lifelong best friend & the love of his life, they had a beautiful bond and unbreakable love. After marrying on May 13, 2009, Adam & Jasmine went on to have four beautiful children, Zaydin Mykal, Ciana Esabella Marie, Elias JC and Koa Graham Martinez. Adam was very passionate about his family and had a close bond with his only sister Nanis.
Adam is survived by his Mother, Gloria Martinez, Stepdad Ruben Flores, Grandparents Santos & Patricia Pena. Brothers; Michael Ortega, Robert Medrano. Sister; Nanis Medrano. A host of Nieces, Nephews, Aunts and Uncles.
He is Proceeded in death by Father, Jose Martinez, Brother, Jose Daniel (JD) Martinez. Maternal Grandmother, Rosa Ortega, Paternal Grandfather, Jose Martinez Sr. Great Grandparents, Jose & Edward Ortega, Christina Ornelas and Stepfather "Dad" Clay Medrano.
