In Loving Memory of Cesar Garcia September 4, 1979 – March 26, 2026

 Cesar Garcia, 46, passed away on March 26, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Born in Burlington Co on September 4, 1979 and moved to Hobbs Nm in 1985 to present, Cesar lived a life rooted in family connection, and a spirited personality that made him impossible to forget. 

He was the beloved son of Jose Paz Garcia and Maria (Ramiro) Guerra, who raised him with strong values and a deep sense of family that he carried throughout his life.

Cesar was a devoted father to his two children, Jordan and Jaidin Rodriguez, who were the center of his world. He took pride in being their dad, always showing up with love, humor, and guidance. 

He is survived by his wife Karmen Garcia and Siblings: Joe (Janie) Garcia ; Mari (Mike) Reza; Mark (Jessica) Garcia; and Monica Garcia. Cesar also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles who will forever cherish his playful nature and the way he could always “stir the pot” and keep everyone laughing. 

He was proceeded in death by his maternal grandparents, and cousins.

He was known for his strong personality, Cesar often joked about being “the baby” of the family, a title he held onto proudly. He had a way of bringing energy into every room, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met. 

Cesar will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Though he is no longer with us, his memory will live on in the stories, laughter, and love he leaves behind.
