Christina Gonzales

In the early morning of May 26, 2019 Christina Gonzales was carried by angels to heaven where there are no more tears and no more pain. Christina was born in Lamesa, Texas on November 25, 1963 to parents Linda Arispe and Natividad Romero. Christina was a woman who had a passion for cooking, interior design, arts and crafts. Whether it was making a wreath for Christmas time or creating centerpieces for a wedding; she could do it all. One of her other hobbies was playing with makeup and gifting what she no longer used Her Yorkshire terriers were also a big part of her everyday life that brought smiles and laughter. Being a mother to her four boys was one of her greatest pride and joy. She did it all when it came to her family and even for people she had just met.
Christina is survived by her beloved husband, Gilberto and her four children, Aaron (Marioly), Gilberto Jr., Anthony and Shaun as well as her sister Epifania and numerous other family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew her.
Funeral services for Christina will be held Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at 10:30am at Bethel Church in Hobbs, with burial to follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park. A visitation was held Monday, June 3, 2019 at Griffin Funeral Home.
