Dianne Thames

Dianne Mabel Thames, 84, was born on March 16, 1934 to Mabel and Ward Beck in Bellevue, Idaho and passed away peacefully in her home on December 11, 2018. Dianne moved to Hobbs in 1955 where she resided for the remainder of her life. Dianne worked for SPS retiring after 42 years. Dianne is survived by son, Dennis Thames and wife Kristie; daughter, Sharon Galavez and husband Jeff; six grandchildren: Melissa Thames, Curtis Thames, Tim Galavez and wife Alyson, Jason Galavez and wife Rose, Nick Galavez and wife Pam, Heather Fowler and husband Lee, fourteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Dianne was preceded in death by her parents Mabel and Beck Ward of Bellevue, ID; husband Pat and son Jerry Thames of Hobbs, NM; and brother, David Beck of Reno, NV.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Griffin Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be at 2:00 PM, Friday, December 14, 2018 at St. Christopher Episcopal Church. Interment will follow at Prairie Haven Cemetery.
