Eloisa Castillo

Eloisa S. Castillo 70 of Hobbs passed away Monday evening April 14, 2014 in Hobbs. She was born January 7, 1944 in Rock Spring, TX to Roque B. and Maria Sanchez Castillo.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 17, 2014 at 10:00 AM, in the Griffin Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ernest Gonzales officiating. Interment will follow in the Prairie Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday April 16, 2014 from 4p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Griffin Funeral Home.

Eloisa was a dedicated care giver to all she knew and she enjoyed making crafts, reading, sowing and arranging flowers.

Survivors include: 1 Step son: Salvador Rodriguez of Seattle, WA 4 sisters: Elena Perez of Lubbock, TX Rosa Castillo and Jesus Gamez of Hobbs, NM Hilda Gonzales and husband Ernest of Denver City, TX Estella Perez and husband Pete of Odessa, TX 3 brothers: Roberto Castillo and wife Pearl of Amarillo, TX Humberto Castillo and wife Dela of Hobbs, NM and Arturo Castillo and wife Janie of Hobbs, NM and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Husband and 4 brothers.
