Epifania Gonzalez

Epifania G. Gonzalez, 88, went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 26, 2018. She was born April 7, 1930, in Terlingua, Texas to Pomposo Gonzalez and Maria Garcia. She is survived by her daughters; Ernestina Caballero (Cosme), Elfida Martinez, Austreberta Hisquierdo, and Maria Urias (Israel); many nieces and nephews; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Epifania was a very loving person. She was loved by so many people. One of her best qualities, was to give to anyone who needed her help. She had a special friendship in everyone who knew her. She enjoyed spending time with family and loved watching Spanish telenovelas.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Marco Hernandez; son, Eustorgio Gonzalez; and two brothers: Lorizo and Benito Gonzalez. Pallbearers to serve will be: Alfredo Urias, Jacinto Garcia, Sal Garcia, Jaron Boone, Limbuth Urias and Junior Benavidez. Honarary Pallbearer: Jalen Tercero
Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM- 6:00 PM, with a Vigil/Rosary to begin at 6:00 PM, Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Griffin Funeral Home, 401 N. Dalmont St. Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 914 S. Selman St. Interment will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park.
