James Matthews

James B. Porkey Matthews, Jr. of Hobbs passed away Saturday, October 18, 2014. He was born on March 8, 1960 in Fort Ord, California. Porkey graduated from Hobbs High School and enlisted in the United States Army, serving until 1983. He was preceded in death by his parents, James B. Matthews, Sr. and Joyce Evelyn Matthews grandparents and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Survivors include his niece 2 great nephews his extended family and numerous friends. Porkey was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
