With deep sorrow and profound love, we announce the passing of our beloved father, Jerry A. Rodriguez (POPZ) , whose beautiful life came to a peaceful closure on June 13, 2026 at the age of 54. Left to cherish his memory is his beautiful, kind, and loving wife, Alma Rodriguez; his children Jesus Rodriguez and Brianna Rodriguez; and his 4 grandchildren, Joshua, Aubrey, Journey and Sebastian. POPZ was a hard working man whose life was devoted to being a husband, father, cherished family man, and loyal friend. His kindness, wisdom, and unconditional love touched the lives of all who knew him. He had a lifelong passion for coaching sports and an unwavering commitment to a motorcycle Brotherhood, He never missed a moment to cheer on his two children during their playing days, a proud tradition of love and support that he joyfully carried on with his four grandchildren. Throughout his life, POPZ enjoyed coaching, being a grandpa, riding motorcycles, cooking out and keeping his garden full. He found great joy in spending quality time with his family, taking road trips, sharing stories, telling jokes and creating ever lasting memories. His laughter, bright smile, and huge heart will be remembered forever. He was a father figure to some, a brother to many, and most of all a great dad. He is now resting peacefully with his mother, Olga Rodriguez, and father, Teofilo Rodriguez, and reunited with his brothers, Flip and Mike. Rest in Peace Jerry A. Rodriguez. AKA “GUMBI” “ POPZ” ”JROD”
