Jose "Joey" Reza

Jose Reza, lovingly known as “Joey” by his family and friends was born on July 7, 1979, in Los Angeles, California. He was the beloved son of Juan and Elizabeth Reza, and the proud father of two sons, Jose Angel Reza and Joseph Joshuah Reza. Joey passed away on November 26, 2025, in Hobbs, New Mexico.

Joey was a man who found joy in the simple things—family, laughter, and a good backyard barbeque. He had a gift for bringing people together and making them smile. Whether he was grilling, telling stories, or cracking jokes, Joey created moments that his loved ones will carry with them forever.

Although he is no longer with us, Joey’s warmth, humor, and love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Joey is survived by his parents, Juan and Elizabeth Reza; his sons, Jose Angel Reza and Joseph Joshuah Reza; and his sister, Yvonne Reza.
