Lita Chavez

Manuelita Chavez “Lita” 80, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her children. Lita was a kind, generous mother, and grandma. She was fun, loving, and enjoyed her family. Lita’s life was a life well lived, which was evident in the love she showed in raising several of her brothers and sisters. Family and friends will celebrate Lita, and how blessed we were to have her in our lives.

Lita was preceded in death by her husband Felipe “Wimpy” Chavez, her daughter Pauline Duran, parents Tim M and Pauline Gutierrez, siblings Bernie Blea, Tim Gutierrez, Cordelia Gallegos.

She was Survived by her children son, Tony Gomez, daughter’s, Roberta Gomez, and Rebecca Hernandez, grandchildren, Marcos Ortega(Anna), step great-grandson Esteban, great granddaughter Annalyse, Genevieve Ortega (Jonathan Meza), great grandsons Jimmy’Ray, Adaiah, grandchildren, Timothy Gurrule, Brandy, Ruben, and Angel, siblings, Yolanda Sweeten, Mary Erlinda Trujillo, Roberta (Ronnie) Weatherly, Maxine Segura, Martin (Ramona) Gutierrez, Raymond (Jackie) Gutierrez.
