Margaret Montgomery

Margaret "Elaine" Montgomery passed away on Monday, May 30, 2016. She was born on January 19, 1924 in Hatfield, Missouri. She was preceded in death by Cloyce "Monty" Montgomery and son-in-law Dr. Max Bennett. Elaine is survived by daughters, Katie Montgomery Medlin of Tatum (Lynn) and Pamela Montgomery Bennett of Albuquerque and son, Malcolm Montgomery (Sheryl) of Los Lunas, NM. She has 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Elaine was active at the First Baptist Church and Order of Eastern Star. She requested a very short obituary: "Grandma Died".

A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm, Friday, June 3, 2016 at First Baptist Church with Pastor Stewart Sherrill, officiating. Memorials may be made to the New Mexico Boys and Girls Ranch, 775 Highway 304, Belen, NM 87002 or to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75231.
