Marguerite Harris

Marguerite "Pinky" Louise Harris, formerly of Hobbs, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2015 in Potomac, MD. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at First Baptist Church with Dr. Marty Akins, officiating. Interment will follow in Prairie Haven Memorial Park. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1:00-7:00 pm at Griffin Funeral Home.

Marguerite was born on May 14, 1922 to Joseph and Ira Poindexter.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William "Truman" Harris; brother, John and sisters, Ardis and Polly.

Survivors include her son, Michael Harris and wife, Sharon; brother, Harvey Poindexter; grandson, Travis; granddaughters, Alicia and Kelsey; great grandson, Luca and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
