Randall Timms

Randall Timms, 62, of Hobbs, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2013 in Hobbs. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 21, 2013 at Griffin Funeral Home with Father Juan Carlos, celebrant. The family will receive friends from 6:00 8:00 PM, Wednesday, March 20 at Griffin Funeral Home.

Mr. Timms was born on September 3, 1950 in Olney, Texas to Robert O. and Grace Timms. He married Rachel Lopez on September 22, 1973 in Los Angeles, CA and they celebrated over 39 wonderful years of marriage. Mr. Timms served his country in the United States Marine Corps Infantry during the Vietnam War. He worked as a safety supervisor for Schlumberger for over 26 years and was currently working at Airgas. His family was his pride and joy. Mr. Timms was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ronnie Timms.

Survivors include his wife, Rachel Timms of the home daughters, Sharla Rene Timms Thompson of Baird, TX, Randee Waynee Timms and husband, Tyson Wiggins of Springboro, OH and Roxanne Dene Timms Cooper and husband, Brian of Pittsburgh, PA son, Draydon Wayne Timms of Hobbs sisters, Martha Timms and Frances Dominguez grandchildren, Alex Jackson, Madison Wiggins, Kaylee Thompson, Danielle Telles, Spencer Wiggins, Drake Telles and Sydney Wiggins niece, Gayla Mendez and nephews, Derrick Lopez, Dorian Lopez, Donovan Lopez, Adrian Dominguez, Chris Dominguez and Keith Timms.
