Raul Prado

Raul N. Prado, of Hobbs, passed away on June 19, 22 surrounded by those who love him. A funeral service in his honor will be held on Friday June 24, 2022 at Eben-Ezer Asamblea Apostolica in Hobbs at 10am. Family and friends are welcome at Griffin Funeral Home on Thursday June 23 from 1pm- 7pm with a evening prayer service starting at 5:30pm.

Raul was born on January 4, 1952 in Juarez, Mexico to Jose and Ignacia Prado, one of 6 children. He loved his family and his church very much. Over his lifetime he worked as a welder to provide for his wife of over 38 years, as well as his children. He adored his children and his grandchildren. Raul treasured the times he spent joking around with them and will be deeply missed by all those who love him.

Left to treasure his memory are his wife Yolanda Cobos de Prado, children Uriel Cobos, Nubia Cobos, Yolanda Prado, Pedro Prado, Alondra Prado and Abril Prado, as well as many extended family and friends.
