Sergio Hugo DeLeon Sr.

Our Beloved father Sergio Hugo De Leon Sr gained his wings on Wednesday September 17, 2025, surrounded by his loving family at the age of 77. He was born on May 29, 1948, in Zapata, TX to his parents Bernando De Leon and Enriqueta Espinoza De Leon. He has 6 sisters and 5 brothers. He is survived by his children Jessica DeLeon (Mark Garcia), Maylene DeLeon, Sergio DeLeon (Nancy Rivera), Anthony DeLeon, Rosa Franco, Joe Franco, Manuel Franco, Felix Franco, and John Franco and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, 3 sisters, 4 brothers, his loving wife Janie DeLeon and 2 daughters Michelle DeLeon and Cynthia DeLeon.

Hugo was always telling jokes and loved to make everyone laugh, his sense of humor could light up a room. He was a devoted husband and father always there for support, giving unconditional love and guidance. He loved spending time with his family and his close friends. His kindness, humbleness, and love for his family will forever remain in the hearts of all who loved him dearly. He enjoyed working on cars, having barbecues, and having a good time. He enjoyed watching football, he was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan.
