Abel Jacquez, 59 of Hobbs, NM

Was born on March 29, 1964 in Ejido Emilio Carranza, CHIH

to Ramon Jaquez and Soledad Soto and passed away on April 3rd 2023.

Abel was full of life he never cared what people had to say about him or

his appearance, he loved attention good or bad. He always loved to see

a smile on everyone’s face and was always the life of the party. You knew

when he showed up it was “Showtime”. He made a new friend everyday. Abel loved to show off his big bright yellow Tonka Truck which was just as bright as he was. He also loved spending time with his grandbabies and spoiling them, they loved their welo. He spent the majority of his time at his ranch with his beloved horse who unfortunately crossed the rainbow bridge 3 days after his beloved owner. Abel left an everlasting impression and he will be missed dearly.

Abel is preceded in death by his parents Soledad Soto and Ramon Jaquez. Brother Ramon Jaquez Jr. and Step mother Eva Soto.

Abel is survived by his children: Abel Jacquez Jr. (Melissa), Cristal Islas, Anabel Avila (Leo), Kriselda Saenz (Juan), Jasmine Jacquez (Rigo), Lucy Jacquez (Felix) and Eliana Jacquez. Grandchildren, Siblings: Jose Jacquez (Azucena), Rafael Soto (Dora), Gilbert Jaquez (Lani), Connie Jaquez, Marta Jacquez, Marianna Jaquez (Silvestre) Elena Saucedo (Manuel) and Ex Wife and mother of his daughters Erma Jacquez.
