Juan Santiago Tarin Gonzalez, born July 25th, 1968, in Janos, Chihuahua, Mexico, passed
away on September 3,2021 in Lubbock, Texas. A funeral mass in his honor will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 2pm at St. Helena Catholic Church, with burial to follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park. Friends and family are welcome to pay their respects that morning at Griffin Funeral Home from 10am-1pm.

Juan was born to Juan Tarin and Nicolasa Mata Gonzalez. He built a life of excitement and love with his wife Armida Pena, who he shared over 27 years with. Juan was a hard worker who enjoyed many hobbies including trucks, cars, and music. His family and friends knew him as a family man who was honorable
and trustworthy.

He follows his father, Juan Tarin, in death and leaves behind a family that
will miss him dearly. Left to remember the lessons he taught them are his beloved wife, Armida, his four children: Juan, Brian, Yasmine, and Stephanie, his 5 siblings and a host of extended family and friends.
